ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Executive to drive our sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals on our diverse portfolio of properties. You will be the face of our company, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our clients. Candidate who must worked in the real estate
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media marketing, referrals, and on-the-ground market intelligence.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored property solutions, and providing exceptional after-sales service.
- Sales Conversions: Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Market Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market, including property values, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Documentation: Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., sale agreements, payment plans) is handled professionally and in compliance with company policy and Kenyan law.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Kenyan real estate industry. Experience with property listing portals is a strong advantage.
- Valid IRA (Institute of Surveyors of Kenya) Certificate of Registration is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent understanding of the real estate sales process and property laws in Kenya.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Kiswahili.
- A strong closer with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transport.
