We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading private security services provider with over 10 years of operations in Kenya in manned security.
Job Summary We are looking for fitting candidates to fill the position of SECURITY TRAINING INSTRUCTOR to be part of the training team ENSURE THE effective training & deployment of security guards. This is a fulltime position to be based in Nairobi
Requirements
Person Specifications •
1. Must have undergone Basics Recruits Course from the disciplined forces or National Youth Service (NYS) with an exemplary service record and honourable discharge.
2. Proven experience in a training role
3. Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, and any other relevant security training.
4. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to command respect and inspire a diverse team. •
5. High level of physical fitness
